QUOTE VALIDITY

quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Prices & availability are not guaranteed after this period & may be subject to change.

DESIGN & REVISIONS

Quotes include one revision to the initial design proposal. Additional revisions are charged at £20.00 per revision.

Significant changes or amendments outside the original brief may be quoted separately.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

A non-refundable 30% booking fee is required to confirm your order & secure your date. Your date is not guaranteed until payment is

received & The remaining balance is due following final design approval & prior to manufacture, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

design approval

Manufacture will commence following approval of the final design. The client is responsible for checking all names, dates, wording,

spelling, colours & personalised details. Harper Rose Events cannot accept responsibility for errors approved by the client.

CHANGES AFTER APPROVAL

Changes requested after final approval or once manufacture has started may incur additional design, production & material costs.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

Minimum spend is £250 for self-collection/return or £350 (before travel costs) for full installation, unless otherwise agreed.

STANDARD HIRE TERMS

PROPERTY & RESPONSIBILITY

All hire items remain the property of Harper Rose Events. The hirer is responsible for all items from collection/delivery until returned

& accepted by Harper Rose Events. The hirer is liable for loss, theft or damage beyond fair wear & tear. Items must not be moved,

dismantled or returned early without prior agreement.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the event. Bookings confirmed within 8 weeks of the event require full

payment at the time of booking.

If the hirer cancels:

• More than 8 weeks before the event - booking fee retained only

• 4–8 weeks before - 50% of total order payable

• Less than 4 weeks before - 100% of total order payable

Harper Rose Events may cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, including illness, extreme weather, venue closure,

vehicle breakdown or supplier failure. In such circumstances, payments made will be refunded & no further liability accepted.

HIRE PERIOD

Standard hire is up to 5 days, unless otherwise agreed. Extended hire is charged at an additional daily rate.

Late returns incur a charge of 10% of the total order value per additional day.

COLLECTION, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Collection is available from my storage facility in Binfield, Berkshire. Full installation is available for orders meeting the minimum

spend & is charged separately. The hirer is responsible for suitable access, parking & agreed set-up times. Delays caused by venue

restrictions may reduce installation time without refund.

OUTDOOR USE

Outdoor hire is at the hirer's risk. No refunds are given due to adverse weather. Suitable shelter and safe placement must be provided.

DAMAGE, loss & DEPOSIT

Items are supplied in good condition & remain the hirer's responsibility throughout the hire period. The hirer is responsible for any

damage, loss or theft of hire items while in their care, including where items are left at a venue or with a third party.

A refundable damage deposit, as stated on the invoice, may be required with the final balance & will be returned within 5 working days

following inspection & acceptance of all returned items. Any costs arising from loss, theft or damage identified during or after

inspection may be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.

Harper Rose Events may use photographs of hire items & installations for marketing purposes unless the hirer requests otherwise in

writing before the event.

LIABILITY & PRIVACY

Harper Rose Events’ liability shall not exceed the total invoice value. We accept no responsibility for injury, loss or damage arising

from use of hired items. The hirer is responsible for ensuring items are suitable, safely positioned & approved by the venue.

Personal information is used solely to provide services or respond to enquiries & is not sold, rented or traded to third parties.

GOVERNING LAW & COMPLAINTS

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. Complaints must be

raised within 48 hours of the event & sent to lydia@harperroseevents.co.uk. Your statutory rights are not affected.
